Wondering if morning routines are your thing?
I don’t know about you, but Googling “morning routines” and trying to implement them is a huge hurdle, even for me.
After figuring out that those aren’t for me right now, I found a much simpler way to build a routine that inspires you to actually get out of bed after 3 snooze alarm hits (as opposed to the 10 you usually do).
Does this sound incredibly familiar?
😴 You hit the snooze button more times than you care to admit, thus berating yourself for not waking up.
😵💫 You tried routines of highly successful people but find it’s not a good fit, thus feeling like a failure.
😤 You are self-proclaimed “anti-routine” but find the chaos of work and life to be a little too much to handle.
I’m here to tell you I’ve been there and done that. I have a much simpler solution to the one size fits all morning routines.

Feeling awesome that you only hit the snooze button 3 times instead of countless times.
Skipping that 30 minute jog or 1 hour gym sesh for movement that speaks to you and how you feel in the morning.
Having fun with your morning routine because you’re not dreading it with all that highly successful people routine BS.
