Done-For-You Operational Build

Your business works.
It just only works

Because of you.

That's not a flex. That's a trap. I rebuild your workflows inside Asana or ClickUp so your team can actually run without you in the middle of everything.

Is this you?

You didn't build a business
to become its full-time babysitter.

This isn't for people still figuring out their offer. This is for owners who have clients, revenue, and a team — but somehow still can't leave for a long weekend without things going sideways.

01

Work is coming in consistently. Which is great. Except you're still the one making sure it actually gets done right.

02

You've tried delegating. Your team is fine. But "fine" means they need you to fill in the gaps — which are everywhere.

03

Your project management tool is either a graveyard of half-finished tasks or a place only you actually check.

Nobody tells you that scaling feels like this — like the harder you work, the more the whole thing depends on you personally showing up. You didn't miss something. You just never had a system designed for where you are now.

Less "why is this still on me".
more
actual business ownership.

The current situation

  • You're the answer to every question

  • Nobody's sure who owns what

  • Project status lives in your head

  • Client delivery is inconsistent

  • "Delegating" means explaining from scratch every time

  • Everything is everywhere

After your build

  • Clear stages, every project, every time

  • Ownership is assigned, not assumed

  • You can see what's happening without asking

  • Clients get the same great experience every time

  • Your team has the instructions. No handholding

  • One place. One source of truth.

I'm not clicking buttons in Asana.
I'm redesigning how your business runs.

Anyone can set up a project in Asana. Here's exactly what actually happens,

No mystery, no vague "strategy" hand-waving.

Workflow Diagnosis

Before I build anything, I need to understand how your work actually moves: not how you think it moves, but how it actually moves. Where the handoffs break down, where you're getting pulled in because no one else knows what to do next. This is the part everyone skips. We don't.

Workflow Design

This is the thinking work. We design how your work should move: start to finish, stage by stage. Who owns what. What "done" looks like at each step. How tasks hand off without you in the middle. Most Asana builds skip this entirely and then wonder why no one uses the system.

The Actual Asana Build

Now we build it. Project templates, task structure, custom fields, multiple views — and every single task has a real name, clear instructions, an assigned owner, and due date logic. Not "Task 1." Not "Follow up." Tasks your team can actually act on without texting you.

Instructions Baked In

No, I'm not writing a 47-page SOP handbook. I'm building a practical instruction layer directly inside your tasks: the key process notes, the "here's what this means," the context your team needs to actually follow through. The difference between a system that gets used and one that collects digital dust.

Handoff: You Actually Know How to Use It

I walk you through the whole thing. How it works, how work should flow, how to maintain it without it falling apart in six weeks. You get Loom walkthroughs, a live call, or both. Whatever actually lands for the way you learn.

One system or three.
Either way, it actually gets done.

Both options include the full diagnosis → design → build → handoff process. The only difference is scope.

Most Popular

A "system" is one complete workflow, from trigger to completion. Common examples: Client Onboarding, Client Delivery, Internal Team Operations, Lead Intake, or Content Production. Not sure which applies? We'll sort it out on your kickoff call.

Also available in ClickUp! Just ask.

Here's what I'll do.
And what I won't.

Scope creep is a thing. I'd rather be upfront now than have an awkward conversation later.

  • Yes, this includes

Figuring out how your work should actually run, designing it properly, building the whole thing in Asana (1–3 systems), writing instructions into your tasks, and training you and your team so it sticks.

  • No, this doesn't include

Managing your team for you, writing a novel-length SOP library, fixing your offer, or ongoing support after the build. I'm in, I build, I hand it off. Clean. (Ongoing support is a separate thing we can talk about.)

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Aloha, I'm Jackie!

I work with women-led online businesses and digital agencies at the scaling stage: the point where revenue is real, but operations haven’t fully caught up.

My role isn’t to manage tasks. It’s to rebuild the infrastructure behind your primary workflow so your agency runs on defined ownership instead of constant intervention from you.

Structure first. Then scale.

Questions people actually ask.
Answered honestly.

EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO KNOW

Do I need to already be on Asana?

Nope. If you're not on Asana (or ClickUp) yet, we handle setup as part of the build. The free plan is fine for most teams. I'll tell you straight up if your situation calls for a paid plan.

I already have stuff in Asana. Does that matter?

Honestly? Usually what's there is part of the problem. We start with the diagnosis regardless. I review what exists, keep what's actually working, and rebuild what isn't. Your existing setup is a starting point, not a sacred document.

How much of my time does this need?

A kickoff call (about 60–90 minutes) and a handoff call at the end. That's the bulk of it. I work independently in between. I'm not going to need you in Slack every day asking what you meant by "send to client." I figure it out.

What if I want tweaks after the build?

The Full Renovation includes a 7-day window for small adjustments after handoff. If you need ongoing support beyond that, such as, someone to bounce things off, review your setup as you grow, that's the Telegram support add-on. We can talk about it.

Is $3,000–$4,500 actually worth it?

Depends how you look at it. If you're billing $150/hr and this saves you even 4 hours a week, you recover it in about 6 weeks. But honestly, the ROI math isn't even the point. The point is you stop spending your best hours being the glue. That's worth more than any number.
